1. Provider and services
Individual entrepreneur Раковиця Любов Вікторівна (Liubov Rakovytsia; the Provider) offers information and analytical services under the Insight Radar brand. The service comprises preparation and delivery of digests covering press, think tank research and other agreed sources. Customers may be individuals, sole traders or legal entities. Anyone placing an order for an organisation confirms their authority to act on its behalf.
2. Subscription coverage and pricing
The base Western press digest costs UAH 1,200 per month for one recipient. Each additional module costs UAH 1,200 per month for one recipient: global think tanks and events; Ukrainian research and consulting; Ukrainian press and social media. Multiply the selected coverage price by 2 for up to 3 recipients, or by 3 for up to 5. Pricing for 6+ recipients and bespoke industry digests is agreed separately. All prices are in Ukrainian hryvnias, without VAT. The Provider is a third-group single-tax payer at 5% and is not VAT-registered. Selected modules, recipients, material language, delivery format, publication schedule and final price are stated in the order confirmation before payment.
3. Ordering and acceptance
The calculator displays the price of the selected coverage. Sending an enquiry, browsing the website or receiving a free sample does not conclude a contract or create an obligation to pay. Once an order is agreed, the Provider emails its confirmation, this offer as applicable on the order date or a copy of it, and an invoice. Payment of the agreed invoice referencing the confirmed order constitutes acceptance. The contract is concluded when the payment is credited. If the parties sign a separate contract, that contract governs their relationship.
4. Subscription period and delivery
A subscription runs for one month from the agreed activation date until the corresponding date in the next month, or its last day where no corresponding date exists. Exact start and end dates are specified in the confirmation. Daily and weekly issues follow the publication schedule agreed before payment, including any combined issues and holidays. Digests are sent to the agreed email addresses as PDFs and/or electronic documents containing source links. The customer provides accurate contact details and reports changes or delivery problems. For a missed delivery, the Provider checks the enquiry and arranges redelivery or another remedy restoring the service.
5. Payment and renewal
Payment is made to the Provider’s bank account using the invoice details before activation, unless otherwise separately agreed. No additional mandatory service charges are added to the displayed price. This offer does not provide for automatic charges or automatic renewal: each further period requires separate agreement and payment. Price and coverage changes apply only to future agreed periods and do not alter a period already paid for. Customers can discontinue by not renewing.
6. Cancellation and refunds
Customers may request cancellation of the current period at signal@insightradar.info. The Provider acknowledges receipt and responds within 5 business days. Payments are refunded in full before service begins. After service begins, a written cancellation request entitles the customer to a refund for the unused remainder, calculated pro rata by calendar days from the day after the request is received. Where an agreed service is not provided or a defect remains unresolved, the customer may request restoration, a corresponding price reduction or a refund for the undelivered part. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the request and necessary payment details, and never later than any mandatory statutory deadline. Requests should identify the order or invoice and explain the requested remedy; card details, PINs and passwords are not requested. Mandatory consumer rights concerning withdrawal from distance contracts, refunds and the Provider’s liability remain fully preserved and prevail over these terms.
7. Use of materials
The subscription permits use by the agreed number of recipients for their own work. Additional recipients, public redistribution of complete digests, resale or bulk forwarding require separate agreement. Original third-party publications remain the property of their rights holders. Source links do not grant republication rights or bypass paywalls.
8. Quality and responsibility
Digests provide information and analytical context rather than individual legal, investment or other professional advice. The Provider selects and structures materials in good faith, identifies sources and corrects material errors, but does not guarantee that third-party publications remain unchanged or that customer decisions produce a particular outcome. If technical interruptions or other circumstances prevent delivery, the Provider informs the customer and offers redelivery, an extension or a refund for the undelivered part. Responsibility is governed by Ukrainian law; these terms do not exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
9. Personal data, enquiries and disputes
Contact details are processed to respond to enquiries, conclude and perform the contract and maintain legally required records. Details appear in the privacy notice. Marketing is arranged separately. Enquiries should be sent to signal@insightradar.info. The parties seek to resolve disagreements through discussion without restricting access to courts or competent authorities. Ukrainian law applies. If the language versions differ, the Ukrainian text prevails. The offer version supplied with the order confirmation applies throughout the corresponding paid period.
